Dr. Mingu Kang is employed as Assistant Professor of Electrical Computer Engineering (ECE) department at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
Dr. Mingu Kang received a bachelor’s degree at Yonsei University in 2007, and received a master’s degree from VLSI System Laboratory (Prof. Seong-Ook Jung) in 2009.
After working for the PRAM design team at Samsung Electronics, Dr. Mingu Kang received a Ph.D degree at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC). As a Research Staff Member at IBM TJ Watson Research Center, he has been actively involved in machine learning accelerator research.
