Sung Pyo Park (Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s research group) who graduated the electrical and electronics engineering department in 2019 with doctorate won the Excellent Thesis Award of Yonsei University. Sung Pyo Park and Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s research group have developed a non-toxic and biocompatible bipolar resistive switching memory, which was published in one of the world best scientific journal, ADVANCED MATERIALS. The results presented in this study enable the realization of low-cost medical diagnostic and therapeutic electronics. Thus, it is highly expected to be applied in the field of next-generation smart healthcare systems
