Professor Kyeon Hur (Smart Grid Lab.) will lead the 2023 Korea Power Open R&D project, advancing the dynamic modeling and analysis of the renewable-rich power grid.

The research team involving Korea Grid Forming (Smart Grid Lab Startup), Sangmyung U, and ESP, has been granted 2 billion KRW from Korea Electric Power Corporation from January 2024 to December 2026. This initiative aims to establish new benchmarks for dependable power grid planning and operations.
