Prof. Ahn’s research team has been selected as the most outstanding achievement in the Information·Electronics field among the ‘Top 100 National R&D Achievements in 2023’ on 9th November. (Title: High-Resolution Color Micro-LED Display Using 2D Semiconductors and Quantum Dots).

This achievement is acknowledged for its excellence in cost reduction in micro-LED display production through heterogeneous integration of MoS2 and micro LED.
