Prof. Ahn’s research team demonstrated an active-matrix perovskite LED display by heterogeneously integrating the perovskite (CsPbBr3) LED and 2D material (MoS2) -based display backplane. This result have been published in Advanced Materials (IF = 29.4, JCR Rank = 2.2%).

This work was supervised under prof. Jong-Hyun Ahn (corresponding author) and led by graduate student Seunghyeon Ji (first author).
