Prof. Hong-Goo Kang and Zainab Alhakeem’s paper, titled “Disentangled Representations in Local-Global Contexts for Arabic Dialect Identification” has been accepted for publication in IEEE/ACM Transactions on Audio, Speech, and Language Processing (IF: 5.4, Q1). They developed representations specifically designed for the precise identification of 17 different Arabic dialects using speech signals.
