Dr. Jongseo Na and researchers from Smart Grid Lab (Prof. Kyeon Hur) have developed a practical architecture for fully exploiting the scalability of modular multilevel converters (MMC), especially for High Voltage DC applications.
The validity and performance of the proposed scheme, titled 'Interleaving Clusters of Submodules to Enhance Scalability of Modular Multilevel Converters for High-Voltage Applications,' will be highlighted in the IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery."
