Prof. Chae’s paper, “A 0.5ms 47.5nJ Resistor-to-Digital Converter for Resistive BTEX sensor Achieving 0.1-to-5 ppb Resolution”, has been published in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), one of the most highly-ranked journals in ‘Integrated Circuits Design’ field (Impact Factor 6.12). This research paper is an innovative research result that made it possible to measure up to a BTEX concentration of 5 ppb thanks to a MEMS sensor and a highly efficient sensor interface circuit. This work was led by Yongtae Lee (Ph.D. Candidate) as the first author and Prof. Youngcheol Chae as the corresponding author.
