In August, Won Kyung Min (Ph.D. Candidate) from the research team of Prof. Hyun Jae Kim won the Gold Prize at the Young Leaders Conference (YLC) of the 22nd International Meeting on Information Display (IMID 2022) for training of innovative young scientists.
The Gold Prize was awarded to the researcher for devising a novel technologythat introduces a hidden-pixel structure to address the problem of resolution deterioration, which is considered a critical limitation of existing stretchable displays.
