Prof. Seong-Ook Jung’s research about low power TSV I/O for next-generation HBM and SRAM charge-recycling and charge self-saving techniques was accepted for oral presentation in Symposium on VLSI Circuits, the most renowned journal on device and circuit field.
This research was made by Ph.D. candidates Ji-Young Kim, Keonhee Cho and professor Seong-Ook Jung in VLSI system laboratory.
