Mr. Hyunchul Yoon, a PhD student in Prof. Youngcheol Chae's team, has developed a high-resolution, low-power SAR-ADC and the related paper has been accepted for presentation at the IEEE Symposium on VLSI Circuits in 2022. The proposed pipeline SAR ADC achieves both resolution and low power consumption without background calibration by using a novel dynamic amplifier technique.
