Prof. Youngcheol Chae and his team have received the ISSCC 2021 Takuo Sugano Award for Outstanding Far-East Paper with their paper: “A 0.9V 28MHz Dual-RC Frequency Reference with 5pJ/Cycle and ±200ppm Inaccuracy from -40°C to 85°C”, which is selected among the 2021 ISSCC Papers from the Far East region. This award was given to the authors during the ISSCC 2022 (Feb. 20-24) and was announced via online handouts.
