Byung Ha Kang (Memory Division, Samsung Electronics), a Ph.D. graduate from Hyun Jae Kim’s lab, developed an organic/inorganic hybrid oxide phototransistor-based PPG (photoplethysmogram) sensor. The paper was accepted at Nano Energy Journal (16th in Materials Science Area, IF 17.881, JCR 4.79%).
