Prof. Seong-Ook Jung’s MTJ-based PUF technique was accepted in IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (TIFS) (IF: 6.013, JIF Percentile: 91.272%, Q1), the renowned journal in information forensics and security field.
The proposed PUF achieves the lowest bit error rate under wide temperature and supply voltage variations by exploiting auto write-back technique.
This research was made by doctor Byungkyu Song and professor Seong-Ook Jung in VLSI system laboratory.
