This paper is the development of a compound semiconductor flexible solar cells that have the world's highest power-per-weight ratio, expected to be applied as an ultrahigh efficient energy source for next-generation military drones and bioelectronics. This paper was guided by Prof. Ki Jun Yu (corresponding author) and led by graduated student Tae Soo Kim (first author).
