This paper compiles the various oxide semiconductor phototransistor studies over the past decade. Through this, the paper examined the past and present of the phototransistor technology and proposed the direction of further research . This paper was guided by Prof. Hyun Jae Kim (contact author) and led by graduated student Hyukjoon Yoo and I. Sak Lee (co-first author).
