Seoyun Cho from Prof. Ilgu Yun’s research group (SEMICIM) has won an Excellent Poster Award with a paper on “Electrical and Optical Characterizations of InGaAs-gated PIN Structures for High-speed Switching Applications” in IEDMS 2024 held by TSRI─Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute on August 21st, 2024.

This work was supervised by Prof. Ilgu Yun (corresponding author), and led gy Seoyun Cho (first author).
