Prof. Jong-Moon Chung has been appointed as a Member of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea (NAEK). The NAEK aims to acknowledge the top engineers who have made remarkable contributions to technological development and are internationally acknowledged at the highest level. NAEK has 287 members, in which half are industry representatives.

Additionally, Prof. Jong-Moon Chung is an IEEE Fellow and since 2023 he has served as the Secretary General of the Electrical & Electronic Engineering Division of the NAEK.
