In this work, RF electronic devices employing chemically modified graphene were fabricated on PET (polyethylene terephthalate) substrate, and their RF characteristics were investigated. The coplanar waveguide showed much lower loss characteristics in comparison with conventional graphene-based transmission line. It exhibited a very weak frequency dispersion characteristic in a frequency range higher than 2 GHz, which reveals that the coplanar waveguide employing graphene/PET structure is suitable for broadband applications from 2 to 10 GHz.
