◎ 초록: Terahertz (THz) band refers to the frequency range covering roughly 100 GHz – 1 THz. Located between microwave and optical bands, THz band has been less explored compared to these widely developed neighboring bands. Recently, however, THz band is attracting growing interests owing to its potential for exciting applications such as broadband communication and high-resolution radar systems, which has been further fueled by the recent advancement in high-frequency semiconductor technologies. In this talk, the overview of the properties of THz band will be first provided and then recently developed THz circuits will be introduced. Further, the applications of the developed circuits for THz imaging will be discussed.
