Ph.D student Hyukyeon Lee from prof. Jaeseok Kim's research team has won the gold prize at the 2019 IEEE Seoul Section Student Paper Contest.

The research title is 'Low-Latency Lattice Reduction Based on Dual-Basis Updates for High-Dimensional MIMO Streams’. This research proposes a lattice reduction algorithm and detection scheme based on dual-basis updates for low-latency and high-performance next-generation wireless communication systems.

This research was led by Professor Jae-Seok Kim of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Yonsei University, and Dr. Hyuk-Yeon Lee participated in the research as the main author.
