A research team led by Professor Kim Hyun-jae published a paper titled “Flexible Dual-Modal Sensing Transistor Enabled by Deep Learning Decoupling for Independent Light and Temperature Reconstruction” in Nano-Micro Letters (IF: 38.5, top 0.8% in JCR) (Accepted: June 7, 2026)

In this study, led by researcher Shilin Lu and supervised by Professor Hyun-Jae Kim (corresponding author), a flexible dual-modal sensing transistor (FDST) integrating ZnO nanofibers and IGZO TFTs was developed to achieve highly sensitive dual-mode sensing of light and temperature stimuli. This demonstrates the potential of wearable systems for real-time environmental monitoring.
