Prof. Jung's research team has proposed a structure called "self-enabled write assist cells (SEWACs)" to solve the issue of SRAM writability yield degradation due to high resistance in sub-5nm technology. This paper has been accepted at the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), the world's most prestigious semiconductor journal.
