Professor Won Woo Ro's research team was selected for the 2021 development project of PIM semiconductor technology, worth 3.28 billion won. The research team consists of Yonsei University, Seoul National University, and Ewha Womans University.
Under the theme of "Development of SW Platform for Programming of PIM," this task aims to support a computing environment with Processing-in-memory (PIM) to software developers.
