Dr. Jaewon Na, a graduate of Prof. Kim’s research team, is employed as an assistant professor at the Chonnam National University Semiconductor Research Institute (concurrently serving in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering)

Dr. Na received his Ph.D. in 2019 from Prof. Kim’s research team. After completing his Ph.D., he worked at the DRAM Development Lab of Samsung Electronics, and he actively conducted research on oxide-semiconductor based devices at the ETRI.
