I am an assistant professor in the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Yonsei University. From 06/2008 to 02/2009, I worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I received the B.Eng. (1st Class Honors) and M.Eng. from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and 2000 respectively, and the Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX, in 2008, all in electrical engineering. From 2000-2004, I was an associate scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research in Singapore, developing software defined radio systems. I have received the Motorola Partnerships in Research Grant, the University Continuing Fellowship at UT Austin, and the Best Student Paper award at IEEE Globecom 2006. I am an editor for Journal of Communications and Networks. My research interests focus on limited feedback techniques for multiuser wireless networks and mobile ad hoc networks.
