※ Professor Kim Hyun-Jae's research team has published a study on the production of oxide semiconductor based on environmentally friendly solution process using photocatalytic reaction in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, a worldwide scientific journal. In this study, by using the decomposition characteristics of organic radicals of hydroxyl radicals obtained by UV irradiation of TiO2 as a photocatalytic material, excellent electrical characteristics were secured by minimizing internal defect in solution process oxide semiconductor. In addition, it is expected that the application value of the photocatalyst material will be very high by recycling the photocatalyst material.
