※ Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s research team reported passivation layer of oxide thin-film transistors using instant glue on Journal of Material Chemistry C. In this study, the passivation layer was deposited by a low temperature process for a short time to improve the performance and stability of the oxide thin-film transistor. This study is expected to be highly applicable to improve the reliability of the next generation display.
