Ju Young Lee, Tae Soo Kim (first author) and Professor Ki Jun Yu (corresponding author), have successfully developed ultrathin crystalline silicon nano/micro membranes for low-cost flexible electronics and flexible fast, energy-efficient synaptic phototransistors, respectively. This research has been selected as the Cover features for the Small (IF 13.3) and Advanced Electronic Materials (IF 6.2) journals.
