※ 김현재 교수 연구팀이 가시광 영역 감지가 가능한 산화물 기반의 포토트랜지스터 제조 관련 연구를 세계적인 과학 저널 ‘ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces’에 발표하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 공정 기술은 기존 대비 단순한 공정과 대면적 기판 적용이 가능하며, 차세대 IoT 기기 및 투명 전자 소자에 적용되어 응용 가치가 매우 높을 것으로 예상된다. 

※ 본 연구는 연세대학교 전기전자공학부 김현재 교수(교신저자)가 지도하고, 석박통합과정 강병하 학생(제1저자)이 주도하였다.

※ Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s research team developed novel fabrication process of oxide semiconductor-based phototransistor for visible light detection. The technology used in this study features simple process and large-area applicability. Thus, it is expected to be applied to next generation IoT devices and transparent electronic devices.
