※ 김현재 교수 연구팀이 전기 에너지를 이용한 선택적 박막 열처리 기술로 2018년 연세대학교 공과대학 10대 대표 특허기술로 선정되었다.

※ 본 기술은 저온의 열적 에너지와 함께, 전기 에너지를 가해줌으로써 부족한 열적 에너지를 보충하여 반도체 박막을 선택적으로 활성화 시키는 기술이다.

※ 본 기술을 통해 낮은 공정온도에서도 소자의 활성화를 가능하게 하여 낮은 공정 온도를 요하는 유연 기판의 활용도를 높일 수 있다.

※ Prof. Hyun Jae Kim’s research team reported all-sputtered oxide thin-film transistors fabricated at 150oC using SUT treatment on Journal of Materials Chemistry C. The SUT treatment used in this study can effectively improve oxide film’s quality and reduce fabrication temperature. Furthermore, since SUT treatment is simpler than other treatments and easily applied in large-area substrate, it is expected to use next-generation treatments for oxide thin-film transistors.
